I absolutely recommend this hotel for a stay in Madrid. The rooms have always been clean and very spacious, even though I booked a non-smoking room but got one for smoking. The service was top-notch - the staff was always helpful and friendly, going out of their way to accommodate our early check-in request after a tiring flight to Mad Cool. They were also very responsive to emails before our arrival. The location was perfect, near the metro and a large shopping center, making it convenient for transit. However, it's not ideal for exploring Madrid's main attractions due to its distance. The dining experience was disappointing, but the room makes up for it. Overall, I had a great stay!
The hotel rooms were more than spacious enough to fit my 2 kids and 2 adults, but it was a bit disappointing that we couldn't adjust the temperature ourselves, which made it a bit uncomfortable. The service was friendly, welcoming, and polite, making it a pleasant stay overall. The location was decent, being close to the airport and convention center but a bit far from the city center. The dining options were rather poor with limited choices, and the facilities were nice.

The rooms were clean, but on the smaller side for accommodating more than 3 people. The service was efficient and friendly, though there were some instances of loud communication at the reception desk. The dining experience was enjoyable with good buffet options. The worn carpet near the lifts on the first floor was a downside to the otherwise well-kept facilities.
The hotel's location near Real Madrid Football Practice Facility and the spacious rooms with a wooden bath, blackout curtains, and comfortable amenities made for a pleasant stay. The smoking room mix-up was a small inconvenience, but overall, our sleep quality was excellent.
The hotel had excellent rooms that I would recommend for a stay in Madrid, although it was a bit disappointing that we couldn't adjust the temperature ourselves, leading to a stuffy feel at times.
